What your partner cannot do
Your partner gets access to your company in BankConnector only if you give it, and you decide how much. Even with access, a partner can never create or approve payments in your company in BankConnector, and can never change your approvers, your approval rules or your two-factor settings. Approving stays with your own people, each with their own login, and in Uniconta with a code from their phone on every approval.
Support
If something is wrong, you contact your Uniconta partner, as you do today. When it is about the bank, a rejected payment or a certificate, the partner brings it to us, and we take it up with the bank. Bank support costs partners nothing.
Who pays for what
You pay BankConnector for the package, and BankConnector invoices you directly unless something else is agreed. Your partner bills its own work, such as installation, setup and training, at its own rates. See what bank integration for Uniconta costs.
More questions
How do we get BankConnector installed?
Your Uniconta partner installs it for you. You choose the partner when you sign up free with BankConnector, and if your partner is not on the list, BankConnector will contact you. The installation itself takes about 20 minutes, and then BankConnector is ready in your Uniconta.
Can our partner approve payments for us?
No. Only your own approvers can approve your payments, each with their own BankConnector login; in Uniconta every approval also takes a code from an authenticator app.
Who do we contact if the bank rejects a payment?
Your partner, who brings it to us if it needs us. The bank's reason is also on the line in the payment journal, so you can often see at once what to correct.
