One number decides your price.

How many payments you send in a month. That is the whole model. Every bank, every setup, support, the SLA and the security platform are included in all three packages.

Included in all three

The list of things that cost extra is empty.

Bank connectivity is normally sold with a setup fee per bank, a licence per country, a support tier, and a professional-services engagement to make it all work. We priced it as one thing because it is one thing.

Every bank we support

All banks, all countries, as many connections as you like. The second costs the same as the first.

Setup and onboarding

Bank paperwork, certificate enrolment, connectivity testing and the first live payment.

Support and the SLA

One service level for everybody, answered by the engineers who wrote the bank integration.

Security and infrastructure

Per-tenant isolation, encrypted credentials, certificate pinning, full audit trail.

Statements and confirmations

camt.052, camt.053, camt.054 and pain.002, normalised into one format. Never metered.

Users, seats and environments

Your whole finance team and your whole dev team. Sandbox is free and unlimited.

Format changes when a bank moves

Banks change their specifications. Keeping up is our job, not a chargeable event.

The unit

A payment is one payment leaving for a bank.

One instruction to move money, accepted by a bank. Not an API call and not a file: a payroll file with 500 salary lines is 500 payments, because 500 people get paid, and one payment settling three invoices is one payment, because the money moves once.

Every counted payment is recorded the moment the bank accepts it, and you can see the running total for the month at any time. Your invoice is something you can check, not something you have to trust.

If you go over

The payments still go out.

Passing your allowance is not an error state. The extra payments bill at your package's rate, and we alert you as you approach it and again when you pass it, while the month is still running.

Worked example. On Starter, 100 payments are included for €100. Send 180 and the extra 80 bill at €1.00 each, so the invoice is €180. Send 250 and it reaches €250 — Growth's price, for 1,000 included payments. That is the point where we email you and say move up.

Questions

The ones worth asking.

Do you charge per bank connection?

No. Adding a bank is the moment this product proves itself, and a per-bank price punishes the customer consolidating five banks onto one API — which is the customer we want. Connect two banks or twelve; the price is the same.

Do you charge per user?

No. Add everyone who needs access, including your auditors.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Bank onboarding is real work and we do it, but it is included. We would rather be paid when the payments start flowing.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Sandbox is free and unlimited, and your first 10 production payments are free too, with no card and no time limit. You pick a package at your eleventh real payment, by which point you have connected a bank and watched money move.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added according to where your business is registered. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are handled under the reverse charge.

Do you do annual contracts?

Monthly by default, no minimum term. If procurement needs an annual agreement we will do one, and your price is fixed for that term.

What happens if an invoice goes unpaid?

We degrade, we never switch you off. You get warnings ahead of anything happening. If it stays unpaid, new submissions are refused — but payments your approvers already signed off are still sent, and incoming payments and statements never stop. A missed payroll run is not something we are willing to cause.

Tell us how many payments you send. That is the quote.

If your situation does not fit one of the three — very high volume, a group with several entities, or an ERP vendor reselling to a book of customers — say so and we will work it out with you. There is no pricing behind a login.
