Prices exclude VAT and are billed monthly, in Danish kroner or euro, whichever you choose. A month over the allowance never stops anything: each extra payment is billed at the package's rate. Above 500 payments a month we agree a price with you. The full terms are on the pricing page.
What counts as a payment
- One payment sent to the bank counts as one, also when it pays three invoices from the same supplier.
- A payment the check stops before it reaches the bank counts as nothing.
- Sending a payment again that was already sent counts as nothing.
- Bank statements, balances and incoming payments never count.
What is included, and what is not
- Every bank we support, as many as you like: the second bank costs the same as the first.
- The technical setup of each bank connection: the keys, the certificates, activation, testing the connection and the first real payment.
- Support, and keeping up when a bank changes its formats.
- All your users, including your auditor.
Not included: your Uniconta subscription, and the work your Uniconta partner does for you, such as installing, setting up and training, which the partner bills at its own rates. See what your Uniconta partner does, and what you do yourself.
Try it before you pay
Signing up is free, and your first 10 real payments are free too, with no card and no time limit. You choose a package at your 11th real payment, by which time your bank is connected and you have seen the money move. The smallest package, Starter, includes 100 payments a month and is made for a small finance team with one bank and one bank account.
More questions
Do you charge per bank or per user?
No. Connect two banks or twelve, and add everyone who needs access: the price is the same.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You are billed monthly with no minimum term, and you change or cancel the package yourself in your billing settings.
What happens if an invoice from BankConnector goes unpaid?
You get warnings first. If it stays unpaid, new payments are refused, but payments your approvers have already approved are still sent, and incoming payments and bank statements never stop.
