Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1Unlawful payments and financial crime
You must not use the services to:
- initiate or attempt payments that are unauthorised, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful;
- launder money, finance terrorism, or evade economic sanctions, embargoes, or export controls;
- make or receive payments connected to illegal goods or services, counterfeit or stolen goods, or illegal gambling;
- structure payments or approvals to conceal their nature, origin, or beneficiary from your banks or authorities;
- seek recovery of the same disputed payment from multiple parties.
2Misrepresentation
You must not:
- impersonate another person or entity, or submit payment instructions on behalf of a business you are not authorised to represent;
- misrepresent who you are to your banks, or use bank connections, mandates, or credentials you are not entitled to use;
- present yourself or the services as a bank, payment institution, or regulated payment service.
3Technical abuse
You must not:
- probe, scan, or test the security of the services without our prior written consent, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, usage limits, or other controls;
- attempt to access data of another customer or company workspace;
- interfere with the integrity of approval workflows or audit records;
- introduce malware, or use the services to distribute it;
- overload the services (including denial-of-service), scrape them, or access them by automated means outside the documented API;
- reverse engineer the services except as permitted by mandatory law.
4Prohibited data
You must not submit special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR), payment-card primary account numbers, or health data. The services are designed for business payment data as described in the Agreement.
5Resale
You must not resell, sublicense, or operate the services for third parties except under a Platform Agreement or other written agreement with us.
6Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access as set out in the Agreement, including immediately where continued provision creates material or imminent harm or legal exposure. We may notify affected banks or authorities where required by law. Fees continue to accrue during suspension caused by a violation.
